"We've been using Cash's for all our mechanic work at the recommendation of a knowledgeable friend for a few years, but we recently went through Carpocalypse, or a Carmageddon. We took our SUV in to replace a timing chain, which was estimated to take 3 days. We ended up dealing with a series of issues that no one could have predicted and it took over 6 weeks to get our car working again. Randy reached out to walk us through our options and explain what was happening each step of the way. He helped out when we struggled to explain to the car rental company why we had their car for over a month and did everything he could to make a painful process easier for our family. In the end, we even spent a lot less than we had anticipated. The situation would have been so much more stressful if we had gone to another shop. We will definitely be customers for life (although we may never buy another Kia Sorento!) and couldn't recommend Cash's strongly enough."

"Had a water pump fail on a weekend 4.5 hours from home. Matt was amazing, from getting us towed to executing a plan to get me back on the road within a few hours. Great team, would definitely make them part of my car care team if I lived closer. "

"At Jiffy Lube they told us we had a major transmission leak, the mistake of us addin gallon of transmission fluid was made. The leak was a very minor leak. The trick of measuring it incorrectly was made but Cash's was able to suck out the extra fluid and get us back on the road. They have the ability to correctly measure transmission fluid."
